SIRIUS Design & Drafting has been providing services for Architectural firms since its inception in 2001. Previous to that, Joseph Luterbach worked in a similar role since relocating to Vancouver Island in 1997. He has over 25 years experience as an Architectural Technologist in several Architectural offices in Canada as a Senior Project Co-ordinator and Job Captain.

Companies have found us to be the perfect alternative to hiring staff in exceptionally busy times and resorting to layoffs in a slowdown. Our remote office also results in substantial reduced overhead for our clients. We are willing to work under virtually any scope of work and have proven in the past to provide excellent services to our clients, ensuring deadlines are met and providing reasonable rates whether on a contract or hourly basis.

SERVICES

Our portfolio includes a wide range of production, primarily Working Drawings. Other drafting services include Preliminary, Schematic and Design Development Drawings. We also have managed Contract Administration for a number of projects. Contract Document services include Working Drawings, Building Code Analysis, Envelope Review, complete Consultant Co-ordination, Product selection and Specifications. Our attendance at Project Meetings, which has proven to be very beneficial to our clients, can also form part of our services.

EXPERIENCE

Projects have ranged from small and large residential, commercial/residential, commercial/retail, multi-level care facilities, educational facilities, hotels, restaurants, pubs, casinos, fire halls, grocery stores, airports and auto dealerships. We have also been involved in hi-rise buildings, heritage buildings, tenant improvements and work for DND.
